KG-008 Wiper Layout Reference
This LEILI model illustrates a wiper arrangement and general mechanical form. It is not a complete assembly with one fixed, standardized set of dimensions. Product illustrations show the layout concept; the final configuration is agreed for each project.
Project-specific dimensions and configuration
Pivot spacing, mounting positions, arm and blade lengths, sweep geometry, motor voltage and direction, washer-reservoir capacity and supplied components are confirmed from the installation requirements and agreed drawing. Dimensions or accessories shown in an illustration are not a universal specification for this model.

Configure KG-008 for Your Installation
This LEILI reference illustrates a wiping arrangement. Use the drawing-review steps below to define the dimensions and components for your project.
- 1. Identify the layout
Send this LEILI reference and photographs of the full windshield, existing mechanism and mounting side. Add a reference scale and identify the drawing orientation.
- 2. Record the installation envelope
Provide windshield width and height, curvature or an available glass drawing, mounting-hole positions, available space and obstructions. Mark measured and estimated dimensions separately.
- 3. Define the requested operation
Describe the desired sweep and parking position, electrical supply, direction/side references and operating environment. For a replacement, include the existing component labels and interfaces.
- 4. Agree the supply scope
State whether the enquiry covers an assembly or selected parts. Motor, linkage, pivots, arms, blades, washer reservoir, pumps, tubing and mounting accessories are included only as agreed in the quotation.
- 5. Review the proposed configuration
Review the project drawing, dimensions, electrical variant, bill of supplied components and quotation with LEILI. Identify the revision and resolve open questions before sample or production release.
- 6. Confirm acceptance and production
Agree any sample and installation checks for the project, record the review outcome and confirm the production configuration and quantity in writing.

This product has a one-year warranty from the delivery date. This also applies to marine and ship installations. Wiper blades supplied with an assembly are consumables and have no warranty.
